Double J Ranch has been in the Jefferson family for year and years and years, first started by the brothers Todd and Jacob Jefferson, hence the name Double J. It looks like it just popped out of a John Wayne movie, except for the indoor plumbing and electricity. Here they raise some of the finest Quarter Horses and longhorns in the U.S of A! Plus a reserve for mustangs- and a few unwanted horses. The nearby town of Lahan is picture perfect and as tiny as they come and in perfect tune with the ranch. Thanks to Toby Jefferson. The heat slowly returns, bringing with it the beautiful colours of spring flowers. Leaves return to the trees, topped with a golden light from the stronger sun. The grass returns to the lush, fresh state it was before the winter months. The only sign that winter ever happened, the fact that the wind is still slightly too breezy.
